Our Office

Humanity or environment? Natural or man-made? Tradition or modernity? The quest for the perfect balance amidst these contemporary questions inspired the creation of our own space: the architecture studio locus3.Shared sensibilities, common visions, and a unified design philosophy led Polyanna Fragkidou, Sofia Kirtazoglou και Maria Xatzibasileiadouto join forces, following distinct paths in architecture.

Based in Kavala and Thessaloniki, we operate throughout Greece. Fostering a culture of creative exchange, reflection, and continuous exploration, we undertake projects that span the entire spectrum of design. Our work transcends scale (from urban planning to architectural building design), commission type (public and private projects), and typology (residential, hospitality, offices, and retail). We engage with all spatial dimensions—the built environment, outdoor spaces, and interior design—as well as the enhancement of historical monuments. In every project, we place great emphasis on material selection, the local climate, and the energy efficiency of our buildings.

Placing people, space, and their interaction at the center of our design, we strive to define the 'ideal place' (locus amoenus), where each client's authentic needs are fully realized. Simple lines, a sincere compositional approach, and a deep respect for the environment culminate in spaces that are bioclimatic, highly functional, and visually beautiful. Spaces worthy of everyone.
